Infirnity Means Love
Our approach is unique because everything we do is based in “love”. That is why
we do what we do; that is what we hope people feel from what we do. Being based in “Love” to us means:
- We create when our hearts and minds lead us to.
- We work with one another to bring our ideas to life.
- We know each individual has a gift and enjoy cultivating ways for these gifts to be shared.
- We strive to create ways for there to be an internal abundance so that when one gives in leadership, they can receive a gratitude gift from the collective.
- We understand everyone is moving through life and therefore lean on one another to carry out the possible and encourage each other to take time when necessary.
- We embrace self-care and healing and know it is necessary in order to pour out.
- We believe in the concept of flow; empowering the seasons of doing and obediently resting or taking pause when the season ends.
- We aim to cultivate spaces where families and people across the ages can all gather and enjoy one another.
We Believe in Spreading Love
We all have gifts, we all have needs, and we all have the ability to see what is missing. Understanding this is everything. Infirnity believes that within each and every one of us is the key to making our community, our neighborhoods and homes a better place.
Transforming Scarcity to Abundance
We are not about rattling off the statistics of our neighbors. Statistics that create and keep terrible cycles of injustice thriving. We are about seeing the truth beyond the statistics. The truth that our community is a community of:

- Artists
- Musicians
- Cooks
- Wisdom
- Healers
- Builders
- Engineers
- Athletes
And most of all, connection, that strong genuine connection where when you walk down the street you’re constantly stopped and greeted by hugs, smiles, and conversation. It is because of this, we thrive. The community we are….is strong and has a love that is long-standing. When you see this, pour into this, everything changes.
Occupational Justice Framework
Infirnity believes that it is a HUMAN RIGHT to have access to the ability to engage in meaningful activities that promote health and quality of life. Therefore in our community when we step into a need, it is more than filling the gap, it is opening doors to doing the things every person deserves a chance to do.
